SEVERABILITY:

All the parties agree that all the provisions of the Agreement shall be severable, and the unenforceability of one or more provisions shall not affect any other clause of this Agreement.

  • Welcome to jewelmagic.net. We highly respect your concern for the data and transactions done on this Web site and its dissemination. We want to make you assure that these concerns are our top priorities, so we never sell any of your valuable data to anyone. However, we do share the same with third parties, who help us in conducting our business, maintaining our websites/Application, or serving your needs, who do commit to the same standard.
  • Some of your information is directly asked, others are automatically collected. While your name, contact number, postal address, e-mail address, username, password, etc. asked directly, your computer IP address, browser type, and operating system, web pages and links you visit, the advertisement you view, bandwidth speed, and Software installed, standard server log information is automatically get updated.
  • We may collect some of your information from the Public domain and social networking sites and other sites you do visit and also from commercially available sources.
  • We offer a variety of choices about how we use your information. You can exert your right about whether to receive promotional communications or not from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication. When you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions you are granting us to use your personal information as per company needs(without any exclusion).

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

A tentative delivery time will be given to the customer, along with order confirmation. Also, registered customers can track their order by clicking TRACK ORDER (subject to the possibility) and finding the order status of the product(s).

ORDER PLACEMENT

  • Customer needs to provide accurately complete information about themselves while registering on jewelmagic.net; also, they are supposed to update it whenever required.
  • If any of such information seems to be false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current, or not as per our policy, we have complete right to suspend or terminate the customer membership; also, JEWEL MAGIC can refuse future access to this Web site of yours without any prior notice to you.
  • If any wrong delivery or non-delivery happens because of a customer mistake or wrong /confusing data extra charges will be asked to pay by the customer.

In case an order is placed from outside India for domestic- order, and the customer is using an International card or foreign bank issued card for payment purposes customer is supposed to provide us any valid government-issued identity proof additionally.

ORDER CANCELLATION (by the customer)

Once a product is ordered it can only be canceled before it is shipped otherwise not possible. When cancellation is confirmed we will refund your money via the same payment mode that you had used for transactions or through a company Cheque(if required).

Once the refund process is initiated you will receive a message from our side. In the event, the amount has been deducted but the transaction failed, we will try to refund it earliest to the same account which the customer has used for that transaction. In case, the amount got deducted from your account but the transaction failed, don’t worry, we will refund the amount earliest possible.

EASY Return, Exchange, Refund (policy and process)

Return policy
  • Product(s) purchased online i.e. www.jewelmagic.net, and offline i.e. from our Store will never get a return/exchange/refund at the vice-versa platform.
  • If the delivered/purchased product is not in damaged condition, but customers want to return and exchange then they will have to do it without using the product within eight (8) days, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, for getting a new product in return. For an online product refund, our courier partner will collect the packed parcel from your delivery address with the Courier charge (if required).
  • For initiating the return and exchange process customer need to inform the customer support number or write to info@jewelmagic.net within a stipulated time. There-after, a confirmation will be given by mail about- the- same to the customer mail id.
Refund policy
  • Customers can ask for a refund only within eight (8) days. The refund of the product will require an original product certificate (if given), original invoice, and bills and the product in unused condition for which the company will be the only deciding authority. In that case, the cost for both side shipping and all other costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer is not producing papers and related accessories, then the company may deny the refund; or may take the refund after sending that product to Lab for recertification & verification purposes, before processing the refund, and all the related costs will be charged to the customer by the company.
  • Basic formalities for amount refund will be the same as mentioned in our return policy. In case the customer pays online and provides a canceled Cheque then the amount will be debited to their account within 10-15 working days from receipt of returned product(s) at the warehouse of our company; and, if the customer does not provide any canceled Cheque then the amount refund may take 30-45 working days.
  • When, despite the repeated effort by a logistic partner to deliver the product, a refund happens due to the unavailability of a customer at a given location then a customer will have to pay all costs incurred by JEWELMAGIC( like shipment expenses, both to and fro,) and any other charges.

NOTE

  • The company has full discretionary power for not allowing the exchange of Jewellery products due to the differential of weight mentioned in the product invoice and bill that may arise for any sort-of reason.
  • JEWELMAGIC will bear only one-time free return shipping (in India) under JEWELMAGIC EXCHANGE PROGRAM (JMEP); not applicable for international order.
  • Re-worked Jewellery by 3rd parties, customized designs, or engraved pieces cannot be returned and exchanged, or get refunded.
  • Many times our products are available at other market-places like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Return or exchange and refund policies for those products will be governed by these respective websites and any related issues will be only routed through them only our company will not consider a customer request directly in any case.
  • A customer needs to take photographs of the product with accessories, its invoice, and bills before handover to a courier boy in case of return or exchange and refund. Also, a photograph of the courier boy is mandatory.
  • No courier charge will be levied on a customer if the product received by them is in damaged condition.

JEWELMAGIC EXCHANGE PROGRAM (JMEP)

For new JEWELMAGIC pieces :

  • Criteria are the same as return and exchange policy (as mentioned above).

For old JEWELMAGIC pieces:

  • 100% exchange value; policy changeable; as per prevailing T & C of that very time.
  • Jewellery sold through any JEWELMAGIC outlet will be accepted for exchange at any other JEWELMAGIC outlet, unconditionally.
  • While normal wear and tear of the products are expected, pieces will be accepted after due examination of authenticity including the JEWELMAGIC mark.
  • The pieces must only be accepted if accompanied by the original Cash Memo and /or guarantee certificate or both. Exceptions may be made by the outlet manager after careful evaluation, if possible, or else exchange will- be- done under terms of the GENERAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM.
  • For the exchange of old Jewellery purchased from us: labor charges, appropriate loss of weight, percentage of solder, the value of all other stones, beads, pearls, and taxes will be deducted.
  • A VALUATION CERTIFICATE CUM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM AND CUSTOMER DECLARATION FORM SIGNED BY THE CUSTOMER IS TO BE FILLED- OUT FOR ALL PIECES ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE.
  • NOTE: The Company can withhold or alter the JMEP without prior notice at any given time.

Documents required

Jewellery Exchange Request Form(JERF): for new JewelMagic pieces.
1st copy:
  • To be filled and signed by the Customer and boutique manager.
  • Need to staple with the invoice & (File copy) of the new product purchased as well as the product to be exchanged.
2nd copy:
  • To be sent to the company for the quality check as soon as possible.
OLD JEWELLERY EXCHANGE FORM (OJEF)
1st copy:
  • To be filled up by the sales executive.
  • Need to attach with invoice & (file copy) of the old as well as new product.
2nd copy:
  • To be kept as a credit note copy for the given JEWELMAGIC store.

SOME IMPORTANT POINTS:

  • If it is difficult for the Boutique manager to determine the authenticity of any product ( it belongs to JEWELMAGIC or not); then he should ask the Customer to leave the piece of Jewellery at the Boutique so that this can- be sent to the company for verification and valuation. This process may take 7-15 working days. For this shipping cost & cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer.
  • When a customer comes for an exchange of Jewellery, no Store should issue any sort-of-credit note to the customer; rather, all the amounts should be adjusted against the same customer invoice on the same day with a new selection. If that doesn't happen, for any sort- of- reason, then the boutique manager should ask the Customer to mandatorily place a custom order for all credit note value or more so that all amounts can get adjusted from that piece.
  • The name on the new invoice and credit note should match unless consent is in writing by the same Customer.
  • If a customer wants a cash refund against a JEWELMAGIC product(s), then the boutique manager can pay only up to RS 10000 on the spot from the boutique collection, and for the higher amount, they can only issue a cheque. In case of inadequate cash at boutique manager may call the customer some another day.
  • We also accept Diamond products in exchange at all the JEWELMAGIC Boutique.
  • Original invoice /guarantee/certification card is mandatory in all JMEP transactions. In exceptional cases, if the boutique manager feels the customer should be entertained then he can go ahead with an additional deduction of 5-10% on studded products.

JEWELMAGIC EXCHANGE PROGRAM(JMEP) will work with the following:

Diamond Jewellery:

95% of the diamond wt. 58% or 75% + current gold/60 % platinum net wt. (excluding labor and taxes).

Gold Jewellery:

Plain gold Jewellery –

For cash refund* if our bill is presented & product is not tempered by any 3rd parties. 95% of the gold value or as per prevailing exchange policies in our company* if bill not presented but purchased from our company :- 91.6% or 75% of net wt. or as per melting purity. NO making charges or tax returns.

Jadau gold Jewellery:

Polki products - zero(0) % deduction on stones + net gold value at the prevailing rate when exchanged.

Kundan Polki products- Standard deduction of 10% on the prevailing -stone charges + net gold value at the prevailing- rate.

Beads- based Jewellery-75% of the natural beads(treated beads excluded) + net gold value.

Platinum Jewellery-

standard deduction of 30-50% of invoice value excluding GST.

For Gold Coins:-

100% of the current gold weight at current gold price. No making charges/stamping charges/design charges will be paid.

Note:

In the case of diamond/platinum/coins original packaging, certifications will be mandatorily required for a refund.

NOTE:

In all (JMEP/GEP) cases, the current material value of diamonds and gemstones and the current rate of gold will be decided at the sole discretion of the company and the Brand partner. We will deduct the value of any offer availed ( including any discount or gift )at the time of purchasing the product, if applicable in your case

GENERAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM(GEP):

The exchange of non-jewelmagic Jewellery articles will take place as per the terms and conditions laid down in the " IMPURE TO PURE" policy. And this is operated at the discretion- of the company and can be modified/withdrawn without prior notice.

We offer cleaning & polishing services, stone tightening and other repair services which enhance the life of the jewellery that suffers the daily wear and tear.

Warranty service rendered is not chargeable however, the Customer will have to bear the cost of any extra material (Gold or Diamond), if applicable, required to complete the service request.

The shipping charges (to and fro) shall be borne by the Customer. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our factory/office premises. Jewelmagic office can help customer in connecting with reputed courier partners for the shipping purposes.

The policy is deemed void if any other third party jeweller has worked on it.

We offer FREE shipping on every order within India.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt at the time of delivery, the recipient must provide valid photo ID proof to collect the product.

NOTE:

In case of International order, customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Modification Of Terms And Conditions Of Service

Jewelmagic reserves the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions of this user agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any such modification of the user agreement, we will inform you of the modifications in the user agreement through e-mail at the address provided by you while registration on our website. You can access the latest version of the user agreement at any given time on www.jewelmagic.net You should regularly view the user agreement onwww.jewelmagic.net.  In the event the modified user agreement is not acceptable to you, you may undertake to discontinue using our service. However, if you continue to use our service you shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted to the modified terms and conditions and you undertake to abide by the modified terms and conditions and you undertake to abide by the modified user agreement. All software used on this website is the property of JEWELMAGIC or its suppliers and they are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
