The Customer agrees, acknowledges, and confirms that Registration data, information/data provided or uploaded onto the Web site by them shall not:

B) be fraudulent or involve the use of counterfeit or stolen Credit/Debit Cards or;

This Agreement provides the Customer with a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Web site, provided the Customer complies-with, and continues to comply with this Agreement. Thus, any individual can use this Web site solely for personal, non-commercial use, and they can download any materials for personal and home use only, as long as they are not violating any of the company's rights.
No rights or licenses, under any copyright, patent, or trademark of the Seller are granted, to any individual or party.
The Seller shall take appropriate legal action and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any violation of the following Clause :

In addition to any other legal remedies available to the Seller, the Customer will indemnify and protect the Seller, its affiliates, and their employees, agents, officers, directors, predecessors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, legal actions, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including court fees, litigation costs, and attorney fees). This indemnification applies to any consequences arising directly or indirectly from:

Customer can avail any of the offers while purchasing the product(s) of their choice; however, it should be- noted that no two offers can be clubbed together, in any case unless specified; and, also, the company reserve the right to change any of offer criteria without any prior notice, if required.
